Lots of people came to dance and stuff like the Cambodian dance, kapa haka, sasa etc.
At fist i felt nervous, shy and scared, But when i got on stage, it wasn't so bad, i wasn't nervous, scared or shy, i actually felt proud of myself.
I enjoyed singing papatititaha and taupiri temonga.
Even though i didn't see any of the performances[except for middle kapa haka], i thought they were really amazing with all of there practise.
The thing i enjoyed most was getting up there and giving it a go and singing in Maori to lots of people.
It was a bummer when the performance was over because i enjoyed so very much.
But still i was tired and a little hungry.
Hi Angel
ReplyDeleteI wish I could have come to the culture evening. It sounds like lots of fun. Well done for being brave and performing in front of an audience. Can you correct the word I in this post please.
