PJ Party.

On the 16th of May,  Room 15 had a Pajama Party.
We had a pajama party because our alien went all the way to the rocket.
The movie we watched was Monsters University.
We didn't have a shared lunch, but nobody cared.
We choose Monsters University because we had a vote out of G-force, College road trip, Alpha and Omega, and Monsters University.
Nobody voted for College road trip, 3 people voted for G-force, 10 people voted for Alpha and Omega and 9 people voted for Monsters University.
but since Alpha and Omega didn't get recognized,  we watched Monsters University.
Most people didn't wear pajamas.
Half way through the movie it was lunch.
But after lunch the movie didn't work so we went to play soccer.

Netball taster.

In week 6, Room 15 had a netball taster with Aroha and Dianne.
We learnt how to play netball.
Some rules were that you were not allowed to run with the ball, you can't go in the part of the court your not allowed in and you only have 3 seconds to pass and shoot a goal in the hoop.
We played a game where there were a non bib team and a bib team.
Each team had to try and shoot a goal in the hoop.
The non bib team won.

Fridge pickers statistical investigation.

In room 15 we have been doing statistics. We did graphs on how to start off with our statistics. This graph is about "What does room 15 eat when they get home from school." We had to color in a piece of paper.
This is what they represent, green is fruit and veges, purple is drinks, pink is sweets and desserts and blue is other.
I found out that most people eat fruit and veges and the least people eat other food.
For the graphs we put them into bar graphs, strip graphs, histograms, dot plots, pie graphs.

Culture evening.

On Tuesday the 10th, there was a cultural evening night at vardon school.
Lots of people came to dance and stuff like the Cambodian dance, kapa haka, sasa etc.
At fist i felt nervous, shy and scared, But when i got on stage, it wasn't so bad, i wasn't nervous, scared or shy, i actually felt proud of myself.
I enjoyed singing papatititaha and taupiri temonga.
Even though i didn't see any of the performances[except for middle kapa haka], i thought they were really amazing with all of there practise.
The thing i enjoyed most was getting up there and giving it a go and singing in Maori to lots of people.
It was a bummer when the performance was over because i enjoyed so very much.
But still i was tired and a little hungry.
